With a typhoon fast approaching we invited them to stay at the PathFinders shelter.
Once at our shelter, one of our Case Managers helped Baby Noar to obtain a birth certificate, and his mother received much-needed support and counselling.
Feeling empowered, with the help of her Case Manager she was able to make plans to return to her home country, and give Baby Noar the stable and bright future he deserved.
